A Tale of 2 Turtles...and Their Friends

So, a couple weeks ago, Sweetgirl, her boyfriend, Nickeris, FlippyDippy, CheddyBoo and I went hiking at a nearby park that has horse trails, a playground, a picnic shelter and soccer fields.

While we were walking the trails, we found a turtle.  Her name is Rocket.

Fast forward to this past Saturday.  We are on our way to pick up FlippyDippy from a birthday party sleepover and what do I spy on the side of the road on the way there?  Yep, you guessed it.  Her name is Squirt because she's so tiny.

Then, a couple days ago, Nickeris comes over to see Sweetgirl and guess what he has for her?  2 MORE TURTLES!  I couldn't believe it.  But here is HB (a male who is sweet on Rocket) and another female who doesn't have a name yet.

Since I have my very own little turtle farm,  I guess you can call me "Turtle Momma" now!

We also have a cat named Rock who we've had for several years.  He was given to my husband by a co-worker of his.
