I was excited when I got the chance to review the Ozeri Green Earth Textured Nonstick Frying pan!  Our old one was getting worn.  We seem to be hard on pans in this household and we are frequently on the lookout for them.

When I received the pan, I couldn't wait to try it.  I immediately made some eggs and they turned out beautifully.  I used very little butter which is different from my past pans I've had.  I am accustomed to using alot of butter or oil and would even have to add some part way through.  

I used a lower setting since I was not sure how the pan would cook but it worked great.  The pan heated evenly, cooked quickly without burning and it cleaned up in a snap.  

I have used this pan every time I've cooked since I got it.  I LOVE it!
