  2. we do a really crappy job of feeding ourselves healthy but have tried to cut back seriously on carbs

  4. I am always looking for new and exciting recipes. There's not much my husband won't eat (he hates fried green tomatoes). I usually try to stay away from red meat. That's just personal preference for me and it helps my husband with his gout problem.

    i make sure my kids at least get veggies and fruit at dinner incase they didnt eat what i put in their lunches for school

  6. I try and cook a lot of fresh veggies that are in season. And I keep a lot of fresh fruit on hand for snacks.

  7. we like to have fruits and veggies daily, usually more veggies at dinner time. we also buy the juice drinks with fruits and vegetables included for the kids

  8. The kids we give vitamins to daily and make sure they eat plenty of fruits and veggies as well

  9. We cook from scratch as much as possible.

  10. I try to include fruits or veggies with every meal.

  11. I have a house full of picky eaters, so it can be tricky sometimes - I try to find ways to "hide" veggies, like baking muffins with shredded carrots and zucchini.

  12. We make sure to keep variety in the diet, switching between veggies and fruits as much as possible.

  13. We try to eat out as little as possible, because we like to know exactly what is going into our food. We eat lots of veggies and some fruit.
