{Review} MIRA Extra Large Glass Digital Kitchen Scale

Back when I was doing Weight Watcher's, I purchased a kitchen scale to assist me on my weight loss journey.  I was so disappointed that it stopped working within a month of getting it and I was very leary of purchasing another one so I have not had one for several years.  I was very excited to get the chance to review the MIRA Extra Large Glass Digital Kitchen Scale.

First of all, it is very big.  I was very happy that I would have enough room to pretty much weigh whatever I needed to.  

Second, the display is large enough and bright enough for even my old eyes to see without any trouble.  

Third,  I love the Tare feature.  I can zero out a bowl, plate, etc., and get an accurate weight of my food item.  How cool is that!?

Fourth, while it is big, it is also small enough to be portable and small enough to store easily.

Fifth, you can measure in grams, kilograms, milliliters, ounces and pounds.  This is perfect for smaller single serving items as well as for my meats that I buy in bulk and then repackage in meal sized portions.  I like that it will weigh liquids as well.

The glass platform is easy to clean and provides accurate weight measurements from .1 oz. to 11 lbs. (1 gram to 5 kgs). The scale has 2 year warranty and conveniently uses 3 x AAA batteries which are included.
