 Western Chief Kids is introducing the new Flash 'N Splash Light Up Rain Boots in four different styles for Spring 2014, and they're a big hit! It's no wonder! What kid doesn't love light up shoes? Now they can have rain boots that light up every time they stomp and jump in puddles? It's a dream come true! When Emilee from Pea of Sweetness was introduced to them she thought she would even love a pair in her size! Although they don't make them in her size, she received a pair for their preschooler to review. Besides when he is nice enough to lend them to his big sister for some fun, he is almost always wearing them - or wanting to wear them! He loves that they're soft inside, and he can pull them on by himself with the pull handles!
