I like to make homemade mashed potatoes.It's a lot of work but worth it.
ReplyDeleteI love to make beef stroganoff for my hubby because he loves it so much.My personal fave though is my broccoli and blue cheese penne.It's just penne tossed with steamed broccoli and blue cheese. So simple and so good!

ReplyDeleteI love making enchilada pasta, just heat some enchilada sauce, add 1/2 onion, chopped
ReplyDelete1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and mix it with spaghetti and serve with garlic bread.
We love Frogmore Stew here it is my granddaughters favorite, use old bay seasoning, cook it, add polish sausage cut in 2" pieces, cook, add baby taters, add corn on cob and then last few minutes add the shrimp, we love it and it takes a lot of shrimp to keep everyone happy here.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite meal to prepare is our Sunday chili. It is delicious with sprinkled with shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream.

I'm not much of a cook, so I don't have a favorite dish that I cook. But I'm trying to learn. Winning this would really help me out, since I don't have many cooking tools yet

ReplyDeleteI really love making Italian food. My son is 3 and I have started including him in the kitchen to show him how to make homemade sauces. He loves helping me layer the lasagna in the dish.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite meal to make is Chicken enchiladas! We have it often. I make it all from scratch. I am not a big cook but this is so easy to make and delicious too!
