I like that they have a fitting guide. Even though you didn't go to the store, you can still size your feet before purchasing shoes!

ReplyDeleteI find it interesting that the Hotter Shoe call center staff are so well-trained that they don't have a script. That's really refreshing to hear, because it can be so troublesome to call a call center and get a person who is only reading from the screen and does not know much about the product/service so that you can't get the help you need. I worked at a call center when I was a teenager and I know that I had no idea what I was talking about because we received such little training and I was only reading a script.
