Walking is my favorite way to get exercise and stay fit. Have a long way to go though so I'll be adding workouts into the mix.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite way is to lift weights as much as possible.
ReplyDeleteDue to some medical issues, I am unable to workout, and I can't run at all. So I most enjoy taking walks with my kids, and going swimming.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite way to get fit is to go for long walks. However, that doesn't do a thing for my butt which seems to be disappearing as I get older. So I could really use this set!

ReplyDeleteI love doing tae kwon-do! I also did judo/jujitsu, boxing and sword fighting! Chasing kids around the house has given me the most exercise though... lol

ReplyDeleteI love Beachbody's motivating DVD's - that's my favorite way to work out in the privacy of my own home. I am a huge fan of HITs and TurboFire.
