  1. I try to aim for 7-8 hours a night, but the past week I have been getting less than 6. Two weeks ago it was really bad and I would wake up multiple times per night!

  2. I usually get around 7.5 hours a night. I actually require more but due to getting up at 5:30am it's not possible. I do get about 9 hours on the weekend and then I feel great!
